APPLETON, Wis. — A Wisconsin man faces burglary charges after an Appleton couple found him in their basement covered in BBQ sauce in the middle of the night.
“He told the officers that it was urban camouflage,” the homeowner told WWMT-TV.
The couple woke up to whistling sounds coming from the basement. The husband investigated the problem, with shotgun in hand, and found the saucy burglar. He held him at gunpoint until police arrived.
The burglar told police he had covered himself in BBQ sauce to hide from the government.
WTF???
